University graduate; Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or in Chemical Engineering from well-reputed universities. A master’s degree is preferred.
Having a minimum of 5 years’ experience preferably within an industrial environment company dealing with clients in the plastics or polyolefin industry or plastics processing industry or related, as Technical Service & Development Engineer or Plant Engineer or Plastic Additives Engineer or related.
Candidate should be willing to travel abroad up to 40% of the time.
Will provide high quality technical service and development support to key customers in the polyolefin manufacturing and plastics processing industry.
Will qualify the customers’ needs and solve issues to further grow and develop the additives in existing and new applications.
Will build strong technical relationships with customers and independent institutes.
Will coordinate all development and applications programs with appropriate colleagues and teams.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Strong drive, initiative and ownership. Strong communication & team skills. Self-motivated. Entrepreneurial dynamism and spirit. Customer driven. Commercial acumen. Fluent in English and Arabic. French is plus. Computer literate.
