Talent Acquisition Manager

University degree; preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences or any other equivalent related field, or in Business Administration from well-reputed universities.

Minimum 10 years of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience with not less than 6 years as Talent Acquisition Manager or Staffing Manager or Recruitment Manager or HR Business Partner role with strong recruitment experience, within well-established regional and multinational companies in Lebanon or in the region ideally in the Consumer Goods sector.

 

  • The Talent Acquisition Manager role is to partner with commercial and support entities to ensure adequate recruitment, selection and placement of competent employees.
  • Formulate a workforce plan for the company in and define needed financial and human resources to achieve set objectives.
  • Develop talent acquisition policies and procedures, and manage the design and implementation of related processes and performance measurement models. Identify and use the best recruitment sources suitable for each vacancy including universities, job fairs, referrals, Linked In, database, website, etc.
  • Secure an active talent pool by conducting interviews on a regular basis to build an active pipeline of candidates.
  • Coordinate with concerned parties to draft the adequate job profile for the needed vacancy.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates utilizing several tools, etc. ).
  • Work closely with department managers to assist them in talent acquisition matters.
  • Perform Reference and Background checks for each candidate in accordance to the position that needs to be filled.
  • Develop training material and provide stakeholders with trainings to ensure proper understanding of all selection policies and processes, and to enhance related competencies.
  • Perform various responsibilities related to team management including hiring, setting objectives, reviewing performance, coaching, deciding on increases and bonuses, taking disciplinary actions, resolving grievances and conflicts, etc.
