Stores and Logistics Manager

University graduate; BA of Business Administration from well-reputed universities. Minimum 7-10 years of professional Logistics and/or warehousing experience as Logistics Manager or Stores Manager or Warehousing Manager or related within well established engineering companies in Lebanon

Regional experience is a plus.

Will manage central warehouses and monitor stock in and stock transfers, ensure proper transfer between warehouses for equipment and material, and the establishment and implementation of logistics and support policies and procedures

Will develop yearly inventory plans and conduct/oversee inventory counts, in addition to implementing corrective and preventive maintenance plans for project equipment

Will coach, motivate and retain staff, develop individual as well as team capabilities, and follow up on daily, weekly and monthly reports of all activities

Will provide reports and feedbacks to top management (formally and informally) and confer on key topics, and evaluate performance, delegate responsibility and authority.

Team Leader and. Strategy oriented and driven. Dynamic. Good strategic thinking capabilities and analytical skills. Very good organizational skills. Very good negotiation and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficient in Project Planning tools. Must be adept in the use of Internet and E-mail.

Based in Lagos Nigeria with frequent visits to Ghana and Cote D’Ivoire
