Senior HR Officer

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other similar related fields. Master’s degree in human resources management would be a major plus.

Having around 8 to 10 years of professional experience in generalist HR roles with well-established local and regional companies in various sectors.

Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a major plus. 

Professional computer skills, including Microsoft Office

 

The Senior HR Officer’s role is to oversee and execute various HR functions for supporting the organization's strategic goals. This role involves managing employee relations, compliance, performance management, recruitment, and development initiatives.
