University graduate; B.A in Business Administration or Marketing or Equivalent. A Masters degree is a major plus.
Having around 10 to 12 years of experience in Brand Management with a minimum of 3 years as Senior Brand Manager with local or regional Food & Beverages or FMCG companies.
Advanced knowledge of brand management discipline, technology, design, applicable codes and standards required

Will be responsible of: Establishing marketing standards and policies, including digital, advertising, communications and creative; Proposing new product ideas for the research & development team, in line with upcoming market trends; Preparing and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department; Preparation of quarterly and yearly reports on the company’s vs. market’s performances. Coordinating with agencies and all related market partners; Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals by successfully managing the team. Designing and implementing a strategic activation plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Analyzing consumer behavior and determine customer personas. Designing branding, positioning and pricing strategies. Identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share. Monitoring competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features). Coordinating sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
