University degree in Business from well reputed universities. Masters’ or MBA degree is a plus.
Having around of 7-10 years of sales experience in the Agriculture business with min 2 as Head of Sales or Sales Manager or Commercial Manager or related in the MENA region, preferably in the GGC.
Previous experience is selling fertilizers, seeds, agricultural tools and pesticides is a must.
To be based in Qatar
- Will be responsible for setting sales quotas and goals and assign territories for team members, proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities. prepare sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures, track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics, and handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products.
- Will develop and maintain relationships with key clients, identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities, and consult with potential customers to understand their needs; identify and suggest equipment or products that will meet those needs.

Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic skills.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
