Quality Coordinator

University degree from well-known universities.

Master's Degree in Quality Management or equivalent is preferred.

4-6 years of experience in Quality Improvement within major large Institutions ideally Hospitals, large Clinics or related in Lebanon or in the GCC as Quality Coordinator or Officer or Supervisor or related.

Ideally Certified Lead Auditor or holder of other Quality related certifications and training.

Strong knowledge in Hospital Quality Assurance Systems is a major asset.

Previous experience in JCI accreditation is a major plus.

Will ensure that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with legislation and customer specifications.

Will be responsible for managing the organizations quality assurance policies and controlling new product development processes, establish performance standards, procedures, and audit controls in order to meet ISO 9001/2008, MOPH and JCI requirements. As well as identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of the operations.

Highly motivated and self-directed capable of multi-tasking and coordination between various parties. Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills. Well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation.

Strong communication skills. Computer literate.
