NECG offers also a wide range of Psychometrics/Personality and Motivation Questionnaires and Ability tests such as Managerial and Professional Profiler, Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Fit, Personal Adaptability, Critical Verbal and Numerical Reasoning, and many others as required.

These tests are useful for general pre-hire screening. However, we do not recommend using them as a stand-alone assessment tool, especially when the stakes are high in Selecting and Promoting key people, as they do not provide a sufficient multi-dimensional evaluation of a Candidate’s performance capabilities in real-work situations.  For that purpose, the more comprehensive and in-depth Assessment Center Methodology – which relies on a combination of selected hands-on exercises and business simulations to assess specific competencies related to your  specific job requirements and includes the feedback of trained assessors - is a much better predictor of  performance on the job.
