Programs Director

Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or equivalent.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in Programs Management from which a minimum of 5 years as Programs Director with an NGO or International Organization.

Experience in managing several projects, monitoring and follow-up.

Good donors’ relation management experience.

Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.

Good knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting.

Trilingual (English, French and Arabic)

 

The Programs Director leads programs development and strategy in alignment with the Organization's vision, mission and objectives and ensures effective program coordination and technical support.

The Programs Director supervises the different poles of the Organization ensuring the appropriate implementation of all projects across all sectors.

The Programs Director coordinates with the different departments  and represents the Organization's programs to donors, major stakeholders, and relevant government authorities.

The Programs Director also represents the Organization in relevant forums, meetings, and conferences.
