Personal Assistant to the CFO

University degree preferably in Business Administration, preferably majoring in Accounting from reputable universities.

Female, Minimum 7-10 years of experience within well- established companies as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant or related.

Previous experience in or exposure to accounting is a major plus

High level of computer literacy, with excellent skills in all Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferably Trilingual: English, Arabic and French

 

The Personal Assistant will assist the CFO in his daily tasks. Will be responsible for scheduling and managing the CFO’s calendar including prioritizing and resolving related conflicts and competing demands, proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external individuals and maintaining an organized office. Will be responsible for the diary management including organization and administration of meetings of the CFO. Will schedule arrangements for the CFO’s meetings with internal and external stakeholders, coordinates, plans, and organizes small-to large-scale meetings. Will establish and maintain a secure paper-based filing system for the CFO. Will manage filing and review correspondence on a daily basis. Will prepare and draft correspondence, letters, memos and emails. Will facilitate logistical arrangements for monthly/quarterly division meetings. Will coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the CFO. Will ensure all telephone call queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner

 

The PA should be always presentable, Proactive, positive and enthusiastic. High attention to detail and ability to multi task. Highly organized individual, who is able to show initiative, anticipates needs and demonstrates self-prioritization of tasks. Able to interact at all levels of staff including high-level management, building relationships. Friendly, approachable, outgoing personality with a flexible and willing attitude. Must appreciate the need for confidentiality and diplomacy. Experience of working in a team environment. Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral). Can sustain after hours schedules. Will report to the CFO
