Female. Age ideally between 30-35 years old. University degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or related from well-reputed universities.
Having minimum of 5 years of administrative experience within well-established regional or multinational companies in Lebanon or in the Gulf as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to a Senior Manager or related.
Social Media Experience is a major plus.
Devise/maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
Arrange travel, visas and accommodation, expenses, and registration in events for the CEO.
Organize and attend board meetings, take note and prepare minutes.
Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them as appropriate.
Deal with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO.
Type, compile and prepare documents, briefing papers, reports, newsletters, presentations, and correspondences in Arabic, English and French.
Manage Social Media Content including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram…
Presentable and friendly. Discrete and trustworthy. Proactive and able to take initiatives. Attention to detail. Flexible and adaptable; able to prioritize workload and to work extra hours to meet deadlines. Good organizational and time management skills. Very good written and oral communication
Trilingual: English, Arabic and French. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
