Operations Director

Holder of a University degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent. MS or MBA is a plus.


Having not less than 12-15 years of total management experience, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership operational role such as Operations Manager, COO, Area Manager, Deputy General Manager or General Manager or related within well established large Restaurant Chains, Food & Beverage or Hospitality Groups in Lebanon and/or abroad.


Advanced knowledge of the Restaurant Business (operational systems knowledge)

Strong knowledge of the restaurants sector/market in Lebanon. Strong knowledge of the F&B Business. Having simultaneously managed multiple restaurants.

Strong strategic involvement to drive growth

Knowledge in Food Safety standards, Ability to understand and apply principals of all Food & Beverage metrics of measurement. (food costs),  Financial and vendor management concepts, advanced computer skills.


Will Develop the Restaurant Division's strategy in alignment with overall strategy.

Will always handle Restaurant/s Performance Monitoring and Local Store Marketing. Will constantly keep an eye on Production Capacity & Quality. Will undertake Audits on Restaurants’ compliance with Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Will contribute in the opening decision and process of new branches. Participates in the creation of innovative recipes and in the continuous update of the menu within the scope of the Product Development Committee.

Always improve the Customer Satisfaction Strategy and make sure of its implementation. Develops, trains, and contributes to continuously improving the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the Restaurants Managers ensuring that they are qualified and competent, properly coached, in order to handle the demands of their jobs and achieve their objectives. Rewards and recognizes the results of all Group’s restaurant employees. Develops the operations division budget, and oversees the financial performance through review of periodic financial statements and reports
