Master’s degree in healthcare administration (MHA) or in Business Administration (MBA) or related fields from reputed universities. Additional clinical background (MD, RN, or similar) is a plus.
Minimum 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in health systems operations and clinics administration within major Large Hospitals in Lebanon or in the region, with a minimum of 5 years in a COO or equivalent Senior Operational role overseeing multi-facility Clinics’ operations, HR, IT and Procurement functions.
Proven track record of managing successfully multi-facility healthcare operations and optimizing performance.
Experience in strategic planning, operational restructuring, and performance improvement.
Additional Exposure to academic sector and Faculty of Medicine is an asset.
The COO is mainly responsible for overseeing the operational performance, strategic execution, and service delivery of all hospitals, clinics, and care facilities within the health system Group. This role ensures that the organization’s clinical, operational, and financial goals are met while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, promoting patient safety, and enhancing the patient experience.
He/She works closely with Senior Executives, hospital administrators, and clinical leadership to drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and implement system-wide initiatives that align with the health system’s mission, vision, and values.
Additionally, the COO provides regular reports on clinical outcomes, academic collaborations, and operational and financial outcomes.

Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation, and compliance requirements.
Ability to lead change in complex healthcare environments.
