Food Technologist

University Graduate, holder of a bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Equivalent.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Food Technologist ideally within local or regional food equipment or food production companies.

Good Knowledge in Consumables Specifications

Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus.


Receive and answer customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and profitable relationships with customers.

Properly identify and assess customers’ needs and inquiries.

Communicate with suppliers and review received offers to ensure compliance with customers’ requirements.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information to clients.
Provide the Customer Service department with all technical aspects related to quotations requests, details of orders, samples requests and other similar documents.
Maintain accurate documentation related to customers and suppliers’ interactions.

Foster positive relation with suppliers and clients throughout all operations.

Ensure the implementation of the company’s quality management system and provide feedback and support for regular improvement.

Conduct research on new potential markets and customers.

Help in analyzing different Food Technology sheets.

Provide new ideas and actions that will continuously improve services and report them back to management.
