Male/Female. Age ideally between 35-45.
Strong academic background. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration major in Marketing from well-reputed universities. Master’s or MBA is a major plus.
Around 10 years of marketing experience within well-established local or regional or multinational Retail or Luxury Goods or Fashion or FMCG companies in Lebanon or in the Gulf or abroad with minimum 3 years as Marketing Director or Manager.
Current or previous experience in the Lebanese market is required.
Will lead the marketing department and its various divisions; manage and coach the team towards required objectives.
Will be responsible to develop and lead the strategic and operational marketing plan and set growth strategies.
Will manage external and internal communication, public relations, events calendar, branding, CRM, CSR activities and related.
Will set the budget and manage proper expenditures.
Will monitor competition and stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices in the field.
