Key Account Manager

University graduate; Bachelor of Science (Chemistry, Biology…) or Engineering from well-reputed universities in Civil or Industrial or Chemical/Chemistry studies.

Having a minimum of 5-7 years of Technico-commercial experience preferably within an industrial environment company dealing with clients in the plastics or petrochemicals, packaging or oil & gas industries as Account Manager or Senior Sales Executive/Manager or Business Development Manager/Executive or related.

 

Will drive and manage the business at strategic customers in the Middle East mainly in the polyolefin/petrochemical upstream manufacturing industry but also, as needed, in the downstream plastics processing, accomplish sales objectives within an assigned group of customers, and be responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts at all levels (R&D, Technical Support, Marketing, Senior Management, and Purchasing).

He will drive and manage joint projects with the customers from development stages up to commercialization (industry and product line knowledge combined with close interaction with the technical experts, to qualify the customers’ needs and participate in offering solutions), and monitor competitive activity within accounts and disseminate information to relevant parties

Self-driven, quick-minded and able to handle stress and work autonomously. Self-motivated and ambitious. Organized, with a high sense of initiative and follow-up. Good sales, negotiation, communication and reporting skills. Fluent in English and Arabic. French is plus. Computer literate

Candidate should be willing to travel abroad up to 50% of the time.

Based in Dubai or Saudi Arabia. Will be working out of home.
