Bachelor’s or ideally Master’s Degree in a relevant field, including HR or business administration.
At least 15 years of HR work experience in the Gulf countries including Dubai with regional responsibilities in the Middle East, with at least 5 years in managerial capacity as HR Director or HR Business Partner or Senior HR Director or related ideally within a Professional Services or Management Consulting Multinational company having several offices in the Middle East.
Proven track record in organizational change management and strategic HR leadership.
The candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
Professional HR certifications or training are desirable.
Track record in scaling HR functions during periods of growth.
