HR Manager

University degree in Business Administration or Law from well-reputed universities. A diploma or Masters in Human Resources is a plus.

Having a minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in HR with at least 5 years as HR Manager or Head of HR or related within well-established companies, preferably within the commercial/manufacturing/food sectors in Lebanon or abroad.

Knowledge of Lebanese Labor law and Social Security.

Broad understanding of and appreciation for the technical and functional components of human resources.

Will plan direct and coordinate human resources management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.

Charismatic and mature; capable to impose confidence and respect. Strong yet pleasant personality. Passionate and committed, with the drive and tenacity to get things done. People person. Fair. Able of safeguarding both company’s and employees’ interests. Sense of initiative, problem solver, positive attitude.

Strong time management and follow up skills. Team leader and player. Strong communication, listening and persuasive skills. Strong interpersonal skills: relates well to employees of various levels from junior to senior inside the organization

Excellent verbal and written English skills. French is a plus.

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
