HR Generalist

University degree; preferably in Business Administration or in Human Resources or Psychology or Social Sciences or related from well-reputed universities. Masters in Human Resources or SPHR Certification is a plus.

Around 7-10 years of Human Resources experience in Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits fields with not less than 3-4 years as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner or Staffing Manager/Supervisor or Recruitment Manager/Supervisor or Talent Acquisition Manager/Supervisor or Compensation & Benefits Manager or related, within well-established large regional Lebanese companies or major multinationals in Lebanon or in the region.

Candidates with general HR experience but with good exposure to recruitment and/or compensation & benefits can be considered.

Regional exposure or experience across the Middle East is a plus.

Will support the structure of the recruitment process to serve local and regional needs, and manage communications between applicants, follow up on the status of the candidate an provide punctual communication to the respective HOD

Will support the implementation and follow up of the compensation & benefits strategy, and develop and design compensation packages and policies aligned with the organization's strategy

Will develop and write job descriptions and support in updating the HR systems

Will assist in the development and delivery of internal training material, and support regional learning & development initiatives in the region

Will support the implementation of the performance management process

Nice character and team player. Good recruitment and interviewing skills. Analytical; at ease with numbers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team while acting as a Strategic Business Partner. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Ability to act as a change agent. High sense of integrity & ownership. Familiar and exposed to the Lebanese fiscal laws and NSSF regulations. Multitasked and organized strong drive for results coupled with proven cross group collaboration. Strong interpersonal skills; able to deal with people from different levels within the organization. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office. Bilingual: Arabic/English. French is a plus.
