HR Director

University degree in Business Administration or Law from well-reputed universities. A diploma or Masters in Human Resources is a plus.

Having a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in HR with at least 5 years as HR Director or Head of HR or related within well-established large regional companies.

Knowledge of Lebanese Labor law is required.

Broad understanding of and appreciation for the technical and functional components of human resources.

Will set HR objectives and develop strategies through establishing the HR Business Plan.

Will handle recruitment for local company and some regional countries and liaise with the regional recruitment teams.

Will work on promoting the company as employer of choice; applying proper recruitment strategies for a continuous strong pipeline of CVs for current and future needs.

Will optimize the performance evaluation system and determine with management suitable corrective or development training schemes according to needs.

Will elaborate retention plans, conduct exit interviews and work on reducing employees’ turnover if any.

Will handle manpower and succession planning making sure it is in line with the company’s objectives and top management expectations.

Will work on assessing the employees’ training needs and elaborate appropriate training plans whether in-house or through external assistance.

Will handle employees’ relations; solve pending matters or conflicts situations in a discrete and efficient manner.

Will oversee personnel administration matters namely HR policies, insurance, NSSF, memos, offers, contracts…
