HR Business Partner

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or equivalent from well-reputed university. Masters degree is a plus.

Having at least 7 years of experience in the HR field including provisioning of HR advisory to highly qualified people in roles such as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist or HR Supervisor or Employees Relations Manager and related in good companies, local or regional or ideally multinational.

International exposure is a definite plus.

Solid experience in HR best practices and employees’ management and relations is a must.

As HR Business Partner, will assist employees & managers with advice and guidance and ensure that the business and employees’ requests are translated into comprehensive HR operations requirements.

Ensure that the company HR processes and frameworks (Appraisal, End of Year compensation review, Learning and development review, etc.) as well as local procedures are understood and well deployed.

Coach and advise employees, managers and teams to ensure effective working relationships.

Coordinate and follow up with Recruitment team on current and forecasted openings; contribute to specific interviews.

Ensure Learning plan is defined according to collective and individual needs and executed.

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, maximize engagement and increase retention.

Act as change agent to sustain organization’s continuous evolution.

Able to lead by influence and communicate with impact. Able to build relationships and trust with people at all levels and work networks. High level of maturity. Strategic and analytical mind. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and tools. Effective work skills – persuasive, conscientious, persistent, resourceful, productive and active.

Excellent communication and influencing skills. Problem solving attitude.

Fluency in English and French. Computer literate.
