HR Business Analyst

Male candidate. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration from well-established universities. Masters in HR is preferred.

Having around 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role within consulting firms or Banks or Companies in HR roles as HR Analyst or HR Coordinator or HR Assistant and related.

  • Prepare and conduct interviews with clients and other stakeholders and take detailed notes;
  • conduct basic research and benchmark ensuring reliability and validity of information;
  • collect and organize data from clients and other sources;
  • perform basic analyses and synthesize findings and consolidate findings into reports;
  • support internal project team members and outsourced assessors and subject matter experts in developing frameworks and approaches;
  • support team members in preparing for workshops and coaching sessions, and in the preparation of documents and deliverables (i.e., presentations, progress reports, organization structure, job descriptions, policies and procedures, competency framework, assessment reports, schedule preparation etc.); and act as second reviewer for documents and reports.
