Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Equivalent from an accredited University.
10 to 15 years of experience in either the Luxury field either in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or PR or in high-end Real Estate or in the Fine wine/ Spirit sector or in Retail or in Wealth management/Private Banking.
Must have an experience dealing with High-Net-worth Individuals
Knowledge of the logistic process will be a plus
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Knowledge of the wine world is a major plus.
Fluent in English.
The Private Client Manager will be working with a highly motivated team to drive sales and achieve the company’s targets through both its existing network of clients and prospects. He/She will join the company’s client team to promote and sell the products and services to reach fine wine investors and collectors. He/She will be responsible for:
Managing network and conducting demonstrations of the App to recruit new customers; Converting sales leads into members & clients; Producing daily targeted offers to send to the client list; Ensuring that an excellent customer service is provided; Working with the marketing team to create a valuable content calendar / writing and stories developments; Developing the networking activities [PR] and alliances to create business opportunities; Introducing the company to a portfolio of private clients, prospects, push on referrals to convert; Identifying private platforms / clubs / communities / luxury conciergeries to build a high-level network for long term business alliances; Building & managing tailor-made fine wine portfolios for investors seeking asset class diversification for capital appreciation.
