Head of Marketing & Communication

University degree; ideally holder of a bachelor’s degree in business administration major in Marketing or Advertising, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.

10-15 years of experience in Marketing and Communication with multinational companies (Advertising or Communication or Client side); with a proven record of success in senior Marketing and Communication roles handling B2B products (as candidates with B2C experience cannot be considered unfortunately).

Having handled successfully a portfolio of Consumer goods sold B2B within large multinational companies or Advertising or Communication firms as VP Marketing & Communication or Marketing & Communication Director or Head of Marcom.

 

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that drive business results.

Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively across different geographies, departments, languages, cultures and differing business lines.

 

Will manage all marketing and communication strategies and initiatives to drive brand awareness and to promote company image to all stakeholders. Will help the company to sell across various categories, increasing margin and contributing to P&L.

Will drive customers’ engagement and loyalty through innovative marketing initiatives.

Will analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.

Will stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Self-starter, creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
