Group Marketing Director

University degree, preferably in Business Administration, major Marketing from well-reputed universities in Lebanon. MBA or master’s in marketing degree is a definite plus.

15-20 years of marketing experience within well-established large local or regional or multinational FMCG or Retail companies in Lebanon or in the Gulf with minimum of 5 years as Head of Marketing or Marketing Director or VP Marketing overseeing the marketing function for multi-companies or affiliates and multi-brands portfolios.

Advertising experience or Marketing Consultancy do not apply in this case.

Marketing experience must be strictly at the client side.


The Group Marketing Director will be responsible for the Group’s Marketing Strategy and business plan and for managing all Marketing/Branding/activities and Communication/PR of the Group, in addition to leading the various Marketing Managers for every company under the Group.


Excellent leadership and organizing skills. Analytical and creative thinking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices. Good knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends, SEOs, etc.) and Google AdWords.

Customer-oriented approach, Good presentation skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English, written and oral. Computer literate.
