University graduate, ideally Engineer with an MS in Industrial Engineering; preferably holder of an MBA degree from well-reputed universities in Lebanon or abroad.
Around 10-15 years of operational industrial manufacturing experience with a minimum of 5 years in a Senior Management role such as General Manager or Deputy General Manager or COO or CEO or Managing Director within well-established major local or regional Groups With extensive expereince in "Project based" industrial manufacturing field preferably, but not necessarily, in the wood and/or Steel manufacturing or any project based industrial field requiring high craftsmanship and not a line mass production.
A Plant or Production Manager or Director coupled with strong management experience could also be considered.
Exposed to large multi-million $ projects in Lebanon and the GCC requiring high craftsmanship and paying high attention to details.
Preferably familiar with the Industry 4.0 standards of automation and digitization.
Will be responsible for running the company and production plant activities in accordance with the Chairman’s directives and agreed upon business plan.
Will implement highly industrial processes capable to optimize the manufacturing process and cost at all levels while keeping at all times the highest production and quality standards.
Will follow up on the daily operations of the factory, establish operational and management processes/process improvement and ensure that quality control procedures of all company output are well implemented as pertains to customer acquisition and delivery of services.
Will identify new products or lines of business that enhance the company’s capabilities, competitiveness, and market leadership, maintain a strong relationship with the clients even after the project is completed, and prepare an annual budget to be approved by the Board of Directors
Will be responsible for the smooth and effective operation of the Plant covering the following functions: Shop Floors, Production Planning, Materials Management, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, logistics ….
Team leader and player, capable of coaching and motivating teams. Acute attention to details. High ethical values. Process-oriented, with a sound sense of judgment regarding the craftsmen’s skills and the engineering capabilities of the team. Strong management capabilities to do the daily follow up on the operations and the reporting. Industrial capabilities. Cultural curiosity; having the quest for continuous learning.
Preferably trilingual: English, French, and Arabic.
