General Manager

University Graduate ideally holder of a bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar. MBA is a major plus.

20 to 25 years of total experience in FMCG from which a minimum of 3 years as a General Manager, or Country Director, or COO, or Regional Director and similar within major local or regional or international Fast-Moving Consumer Goods companies in Lebanon or abroad*.

Solid Commercial/Marketing & Sales Experience is mandatory.

Good understanding of the Middle Eastern culinary culture.

Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment is an asset.

Proven track record in expansion plans, sales and profit improvement, coaching a team of Executives.

Able to analyze and interpret general and financial business reports, dashboards, KPIs.

Open to frequent traveling.

 

Oversee and develop the team of R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales.

Pursue the strategy of well-studied product portfolio expansion, a pillar in achieving targeted growth.

Manage existing relations and capitalize on successes the Company has had in developing new commercial relationships and expanding into new territories.

Identify business development opportunities in line with the Company’s mid to long term vision.

Strive to optimize the Company’s profit & provide vision and leadership in long range fiscal planning to ensure the sustainability of the business for the Company.
