Facilities Operations Manager

BE in Mechanical Engineering from well reputed universities.

Having around 5-10 years of facility and operations management experience within reputable construction or electromechanical companies in Lebanon or abroad as Facilities Manager or Mechanical Operations Manager, or related.

Based in Nigeria. Attractive pay.

 

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of building and facilities maintenance activities; Ensure timely, efficient, and satisfactory delivery of services as per contractual obligations; lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of facilities management operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance; drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.

Develop and implement departmental strategies, KPIs, and performance objectives in alignment with the company’s maintenance’s business goals; maintain high customer satisfaction and help achieve the maintenance business objectives.

 

Strong understanding of facilities management operations and maintenance systems.

Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills. Contract management and vendor relationship skills. Leadership, team development, and motivational skills

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

Knowledge of QHSE standards and local regulations.
