University degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience as Electrical Engineering Manager or Tendering Manager or related within well established engineering companies in Lebanon or abroad.
Proven administrative, leadership and management ability in the area of tendering and engineering
Might need to travel twice per year to Africa.
- Will lead the development of tenders received by business development through the use of the tendering process; this shall be done by facilitating the tendering activities from start to finish, to provide high quality bids on time and in an organized fashion
- Will coach, motivate and retain staff, develop individual as well as team capabilities and lead the section to pursue goals and targets by month, quarter and year
Good team player. Strategy oriented and driven. Excellent thinking capabilities and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to show results. Very good organizational skills. Very good communication skills. Very good at solving complex problems. Very good leadership skills.
Fluent in English and French.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Autocad.
