Customer Service Representative

University Graduate, holder of a bachelor’s degree in Business or Equivalent.

3 to 5 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative ideally within local or regional food equipment or food production companies.

Well experienced in shipments and documentation

Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus.

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Receive, answer and document customer inquiries, for products and services, to ensure satisfaction, sustainable and profitable relationships with clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and Customer Service Manager to ensure effective delivery of products, services and information.
  • Ensure that all incoming information are documented, handled and correctly transferred to the responsible individual.
  • Process requests, orders and customer complaints.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Conduct analysis on the different Customer Service sheets.
  • Provide new ideas and actions that will continually improve services and report them back to upper management.
  • Ensure the implementation of the company’s quality management system and provide feedback and support for regular improvement.
