University graduate; ideally holder of an Engineering degree preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other from well reputed universities. Relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
Having around 15-20 years of experience in Sales and/or Commercial role, out of which around 5 years in a similar position, within well established companies in the fields of electrical/industrial/mechanical engineering in Lebanon or in the GCC.
Applicable exposure to company’s products and field of activity. Commendable insights into the business environment, market risks and opportunities.
Demonstrated ability in (B2B) and (B2C) sales.
Previous experience in the GCC is preferred.
The position is based in Qatar
- Will assure company’s business growth by developing a strategic sales plan based on an in-depth and ongoing market assessment. Preempt changes/transformation in market needs and business models
- Will integrate solution-based sales strategies and related business plans.
- Will develop marketing strategies conducive to the promotion of company’s solutions and product offering.
- Will analyze products, and business lines profitability and sales performance; and manage and oversee sales, after sales and product development activities.
Assertive, yet flexible personality. Team-spirited, ability to work with and through people with a positive attitude towards company’s vision and values. Ability to cope with changes, and crisis; skilled in conflict-resolution and problem-solving. Good leadership skills. Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills. Solid business acumen.
Computer literate. Exposure to SAP is a plus. Bilingual: English and Arabic.
