Chief of Staff

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

8–12 years of progressive experience supporting CEOs, Board members, or senior executives in complex, fast-paced environments.

Proven experience in cross-functional coordination, executive operations, and high-level stakeholder management.

Strong proficiency in digital tools, productivity systems, and AI-enabled applications.

Advanced proficiency in documentation, minutes, reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.

Strong command of digital platforms and AI-powered productivity tools.

Excellence in planning, prioritization, workflow management, and multi-tasking.

Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Arabic (French is a plus).

Willing to travel for business needs.

 

The Chief of Staff / Executive Personal Assistant (Director Level) serves as the CEO’s strategic partner, operational anchor, and primary coordination point across all entities of the Group. This director-level role ensures flawless execution, rapid decision support, disciplined follow-up, and seamless communication with C-Suite leaders, Board members, ministries, investors, and international partners.
