University graduate ideally Engineer + MBA.
Having 15 to 20 years of Operations and Senior Management experience in Food Manufacturing and Distribution Companies as COO or Chief Commercial Officer overseeing several functions: operations, production, supply chain, IT, HR and commercial.
Extensive experience and proven track record in running a business effectively and developing growth strategies and driving international expansion.
Experience in manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
Will be responsible for the operations, production, commercial strategy and development of the company, involving various activities related to sales, export, product development, customer service with the objective of driving business growth and market share.
