University degree preferably in Business Administration, majoring in Finance or Accounting from reputable universities. Masters in Finance or CPA, CFA are a definite plus.
Minimum 15-20 years of Finance and Accounting experience within major large Construction or Contracting or Engineering companies having a yearly turnover over $150M in Lebanon and GCC with a minimum of 5 years as CFO or VP Finance.
Experience within a projects environment company is a must.

Must be a strong leader, flexible with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge in Lebanese and regional finance and taxation rules and regulations.
Able to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Effective analytical and public speaking skills. Able to link and apply complex financial instruments to business strategies to support decision making.
Oversee long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with company strategic plan. Experience in negotiating contracts with vendors, contractors, and others.
Able to analyze and adequately resolve complex issues. Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds. Ensure conformity with all legal, financial regulatory and compliance requirements. Prepare and maintain regular financial/reports (P&L, Budgets, etc.). Participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution along with the financial implications.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French and Arabic.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good working knowledge of ERP financial accounting systems.
