Chief Executive Officer - CEO

Strong academics from well-known Universities.

Minimum 10-15 years of senior management experience with minimum 5 years as General Manager or CEO strictly in interiors’ fit-out companies and/or Building Material large Companies  with a proven track-record of accomplishments in terms of company financial growth and creation of value to shareholders.

Experienced ideally in the UAE market covering the GCC countries.

Involved in large-scale multi-million interiors’ fit-out and renovation projects to renowned architects, interior designers and/or clients.

Not necessarily Arabic speaker; provided the candidate has extensive experience in the UAE or GCC and is well connected with the key players in the sector.

Based in Dubai and covering the GCC markets.

Will set the company's strategic direction including its values, mission, vision, direction and overall strategy. His vision should be based on a realistic assessment of the market, the competition and the company’s potential.

Will manage the company adequately to ensure a profitable and smooth performance in all functions especially finance.

Will keep the Board of Directors informed of the company’s financial performance and growth versus targets.

Will oversee the commercial and control functions vital to the company’s continuity, growth and success and assist in VIP contacts and introductions securing ongoing projects matching the operational and financial ability of the company.

Will ensure a periodic dashboard to the board of directors showing all KPIs with respect to the major functions of the company.

Will support the company’s Executive Team, empowering them to execute their duties and tracking their progress to reach preset objectives.

Will maintain and grow relationships with all company internal and external stakeholders capable of sustaining its growth and expansion at all levels, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat-business.
