University degree in Business Administration from well-reputed universities in Lebanon or abroad. An MBA or Master’s degree in Management or HR is a major plus.
Having a minimum of 20 years regional experience managing the Human Resources and Administration functions with at least 5 years in managing HR in large regional companies with best practices as Chief Administration Officer or VP HR & Administration or Chief Human Resources Director within well-established companies with a projects’ environment, in Lebanon or in the Gulf or abroad.
Experience with process-oriented organizations with strong culture of leadership development.
Preference for individuals with strong managerial and leadership experience.
Willing to travel extensively to the branches in the GCC and Africa.
Provide leadership that supports the Group’s mission, vision and strategies, and lead all the administrative functions namely HR, IT, Insurance and Facilities Management including critical initiatives to ensure best practices and implementations across the Group.
