Age ideally 30-35. University degree, preferably in Business Administration major Marketing from well-reputed universities. Masters degree is a plus.
10 years of consumer senior marketing experience with minimum 3 years as Category Manager or Marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager strictly within major multinational FMCG Companies in Lebanon handling leading brands.
Previous regional experience is a plus.
Exposed to all channels; on trade, modern trade and traditional trade.
Will direct and manage the brand strategy for the whole portfolio to meet the company defined ambition.
Will be responsible for: above the line communication, campaign development and managing media usage; building a brand plan that supports On and Off trade programs; brand strategic planning and control of all marketing mix; supporting the Department Head on other assigned project as delegated.
Will develop a brand plan both that matches the company portfolio ambition and the company channel ambition to deliver overall company targets.
Will define the overall brand strategy to meet the objectives in agreement to best achieve the overall company revenue, volume and targets. Will deliver budgeted sales volume, profitability and market share targets.
