University graduate ideally in Business or Economics or Management or Finance. Masters or MBA or PMP is a major plus.
10+ years of experience in operations and projects management or similar role within well-established Management Consulting firms in Lebanon or GCC.
Knowledge of consulting industry trends and best practices.
Proven track record in project lifecycle management and staffing coordination

Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Establish a focal point for identifying, tracking, and disseminating new opportunities for proposal development, oversee the submission of project proposals, ensuring compliance with both client and internal standards, ensure periodic project reporting, analyzing billable hours, budget variances, and project schedules, and facilitate project closure activities with consulting teams, capturing lessons learned and project qualifications
- Develop staffing criteria adhering to best practices and organizational requirements, collaborate with project leadership to identify staffing needs, expertise, and development needs with project requirements, guide industry analysis and provide support to deliver critical market insights for strategic decision-making and facilitate internal knowledge sharing initiatives, including training sessions, workshops, and knowledge management systems
