Bachelor degree or Masters ideally in Health Administration or Business; major in Sales or Marketing.
Around 10-15 years of total experience in commercial, sales and business development within a Services environment dealing with the Corporate Sector (B2B sales) as Business Development Manager or Sales Manager or Commercial Manager or related.
Experience in sales and business development in healthcare-related sectors in Lebanon is a major plus
Proven sales experience and successful track record in a B2B environment.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving demand for the institution’s services by reinforcing the brand and its value.
Will be responsible for presenting the institution’s services and optimizing the business opportunities in targeted Corporate Sector in the areas of interest and neighborhood.
Will be required to demonstrate excellence in developing and applying business processes that lead to the achievement of strategic objectives; plan, develop, implement and execute new revenue opportunities for the institution in collaboration with the institution leadership.
Ideally have a good grasp of the Healthcare industry trends in Lebanon, the Business Development Manager will set the basis for strategic planning and forecasting to improve the institution’s market positioning and achieve sustainable financial growth.
