Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing major or Equivalent from an accredited University.
6 to 10 years of total experience in marketing and brand management with minimum 3 years as a Brand Manager with reputable FMCG companies in Lebanon.
Ability to analyze, interpret and use data in decision-making.
Bilingual in Arabic & English; French is a plus
The Brand Manager main duties are:
Spend enough time with customers and report findings; Liaise regularly with the sales team; Devise and implement the marketing plan in agreement with top management; Development of point-of-sale material and in-store marketing communications; Oversee merchandising activities; Implementation of marketing campaigns and event management; Media booking follow-up and updating; Monitoring stock inventory and reordering of product; Establishment of PRDs and MRDs for new brands, comparison between each other and highlighting major differences; Keep abreast of competition and market through visits to customers, prospects and outlets; Establish statistics and monitor KPI’s; Monitor, review, and issues reports to the top management.
