Assistant Vice President for Global Affairs

University graduate with a Master’s degree.

Around 20 years of overall experience with at least 8 years in Business Development within well-established Universities or Educational Organizations in Lebanon and/or the region.

Proven success in developing comprehensive strategies and executing integrated plans to achieve performance targets, along with the consistent ability to apply critical and strategic thinking to each opportunity while moving fast to make an extraordinary impact for the institution and its partners

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus

  • Coordinates and articulates a cohesive strategic plan for the Institution global business development focusing on the Institution’s strength and particular resources, implements the plan, proposes the team structure and prepares related budget.
  • Conducts strategic market intelligence and stays abreast of major developments in all relevant sectors bearing on new opportunities, available prospects, and emerging initiatives
  • Assists the VP in establishing and developing the Institution’s Arm that will plan, develop and operate physical campuses and business ventures across the region and the globe
  • Expands the Academy of Continuing Education professional networks within the overall strategy of the institution through academically and professionally sound, and economically viable off-country programs and develops its online capacity
  • Leads, both internally and externally, the promotion and marketing of the Mission and activities of the Global Affairs Service Center
