Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry as Sales Manager, or Key Account Manager, or Horeca Sales Manager or related.
Proven experience in sales leadership and distribution management.
Strong network within retail, supermarkets, and HORECA sectors.
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the company’s sales operations, expanding market presence, building strong relationships with distributors and key clients, and enhancing the company's brand image through strategic public relations and marketing initiatives. Will be responsible for handling all channels, including Key Accounts, Horeca, and small outlets.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Field person. Problem solving attitude. Organized. Strategic mind with strong sense of follow-up. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Good sales and analytical skills. Relationship-building and networking ability. Passionate about FMCG. Fluent in English and Arabic. Computer literate.
