Age ideally between 25-30.University degree preferably in Business Administration, majoring in Finance or Accounting from good universities. Masters or MBA or CMA or ideally CPA is a major plus.
Around 4-5 years of accounting experience within major local or multinational financial institutions (Private Equity firms or Investment Banks or Commercial Banks) in Lebanon as Accounts Receivable/Payable or related.
Deep understanding and practical application of accounting.
Control of intercompany and supplier balances including the review of the monthly invoice register, update accounts receivable and prepare intercompany invoices, update accounts payable and perform reconciliations, ensure accruals and prepaid expenses are booked properly for the group entities and management companies and control of monthly employees’ expenses.
Allocate expenses to be recharged to the appropriate group entities, quarterly billing of management fees, liaise with the administrator, and prepare the yearly intercompany confirmation letters for audit. Coordinate and follow-up on payments and receipts, follow the proper approval process for payments and prepare monthly reports.
Driven; strong work ethics. Attention to details and very well organized. Strong oral and written communication skills
Bilingual: English/Arabic. French is a plus. Experience with robust ERP/accounting system.
