NECG was founded in 1983 by Roger Y. Dib
Further to spending six years at McKinsey, the leading international consulting firm, where he managed various engagements for major multinational clients in USA, London, Paris and the Middle East, Roger Dib returned to Lebanon with the objective of investing the knowledge and experience he acquired to assist Middle Eastern Companies facing up to challenges, and improving their operations, profit and performance.
Throughout its clients' engagements, from helping Companies in the private sector in transforming their organizations to attain top performance, to assisting ministries and government’s agencies in planning & managing projects and in reorganizing, NECG gradually built a reputation of a trusted counselor and advisor to top management executives in Lebanon and the region.
