Paula Ghantous
Management Consultant
Since she has joined the Near East Consulting Group in 2003, Paula has developed specialized skills in managing Human Resources projects outsourced to NECG, building analytical frameworks for conducting various engagements, portfolio analysis and strategy formulation, developing governance principles and family protocols for family owned businesses, structuring shareholders agreements, and planning and executing market and feasibility studies. The projects she was involved in cover a wide range of industries in Lebanon, including Retail, Engineering and Contracting, Construction, IT equipment Distribution & IT Services, Home appliances, Manufacturing, Apparel, and Agriculture.
Prior to her enrolment in NECG, Paula worked first as the Finance Controller and then as a Special Projects Coordinator for Al Majmoua, one of the leading Micro-Finance NGOs in Lebanon and the MENA region, with an outstanding loan portfolio that exceeds USD 6 Millions.
Paula lived in France for six years, where besides completing her graduate studies, she worked as a Project Manager in three architectural firms.
Holder of a dual MBA from Cranfield School of Management (UK), and Ecole de Management de Lyon (France), and of a Bachelor of Architecture from the American University of Beirut.
She is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
