She has broad experience in information systems (MIS) strategy development, business planning, organization design, and policies and procedure development. In addition, Amal has extensive operational experience covering MIS solution design, Request for Proposal (RFP) development, vendor selection, contract administration, project management and monitoring, and system audit and evaluation. Amal led several Information System strategic and operational engagements in the MENA region. She holds a Masters degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
